Policies
Effective June 2014, the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) initiated the Program Policy Notice (PPN) series that replaces the OPA Program Instruction Series. Program Policy Notices will be issued periodically to define and/or clarify policies or procedures that grantees funded under the Title X Family Planning Program must follow according to the Title X Program Handbook from the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) – Program Policy Notice (PPN) - Updated November 22, 2016
